Our Mission
A
cleaning and maintenance company has no physical product. We are judged entirely by
the service we provide our customers. In such an environment, performance standards
must not only be established and met. They must be surpassed.
Quality
control is not something new to our industry. But traditionally it has been left
solely in the hands of the operations department. However, when operations
departments are left to police their own actions, the whole process can become
self-defeating.
As part
of our plan for major corporate innovation, CBMC recently took a long, hard look at
quality control. The end result was the introduction of a new and innovative quality
control program designed to upgrade both current and future maintenance levels.
At CBMC,
quality control is no longer the sole responsibility of the operations people. It is
everyone's responsibility - even the Chief Executive Officer's.
By
incorporating multiple levels of responsibility into our quality control program, we make
quality service the major product of the entire company.
We are
dedicated to giving the meticulous attention to our customer's requirements. We will
