To accommodate the steady growth in customers and their diversified
needs, computer technology has been fully incorporated for job costing,
scheduling, billing, ordering and coordinating for billing and payroll
applications. To make operations more efficient and responsive, a
multi-level quality control plan was initiated and to assure a total
corporate commitment to the highest standards of service.
After you meet with one of our
marketing representatives, our Directors of Marketing, Quality Control
and Operations realistically evaluate your program and set strict
standards which must be carefully followed.
Our independent quality control
system mandates regular spot checks of your premises and actively seeks
ways to further improve our service to you. But we do not stop
there! In many cases our C.E.O., C.F.O., department
directors or other management personnel conduct their own
personal, unscheduled inspections. They are the toughest.
Once each week, quality control
inspections are reviewed with key operations people. Every
other week the Chief Executive Officer conducts his own conference with
account managers to ensure that established standards are met or
surpassed.
As a final check, quality control
reports are generated periodically, reflecting our customers' comments
and suggestions. By carefully monitoring our performance in light
of our customers' needs, we can continually improve.
Our dedication to a multi-level
